ABOUT
The polymike is an easy to use multitrack sound mixer/recorder device. The polymike is freeware with two restrictions:
1. If you make money with this program, be fair and register .
It took me a lot off time to develop this program.
2. Like I share this program with you, share the soundcollages you make with the polymike with other users.
Just send me a link, not a soundfile !, to a mp3 file and I will add it to the player below.
This will create a wonderfull sound data base for the visitors of this page and a great resource for soundbuilers.
HISTORY
What I was looking for was an easy to use, intuitive, soundengine with which you could easily mix sounds and record the result.
Most soundsoftware has to many screens and settings which distracts me from my goal: soundcollages.
So, I decided to build one my self..
I hope developers with "lingo" experience will help me getting the polymike better.
This wasn't possible without the help from Niels, Jim, Brian, George, Peter L, Peter vd B, Frits, Vincent and Kees who tested the polimike and gave me lots of tips to improve the program. Thanks!

combine the polymike with external programs like Soundforge or Cooledit.
